This training will equip participants to:
teach the values that anchor manhood, womanhood and good citizenship.
empower other people with the knowledge, tools and techniques gained from the training and
fortified with a in depth analysis through the textbook, workbooks and the primary
Manhood/Womanhood model.
draw from their wealth of personal knowledge and life experiences to keep the training current
and vibrant.
create exercises, forms, visual aids and other materials to support the training
This fast pace intense training includes:
Required Reading: Participants are required to read and do home work assignments once
they register, prior to the start of class. A written test on the material in the books will be given
on the first day of training.
Participants will be armed with new tools and techniques to combat recidivism that will also
serve as primary tools for prevention and intervention.
Upon completion of this training:
We will provide Technical assistance to training participants in synthesizing this training into an
on-going in-house training program.
We will provide periodic refresher training for participants that successfully complete the
training.
Participants must come ready to learn and ready to work.
This training is provided to willing, highly motivated participants without consideration of race,
color or ethnicity.
