Yes we can! if we embrace something different.
Yes we can! if we try something new.
|
If there is to be change we must change, first.
|
A new fervor is sweeping the country and the world. Optimism and the belief in the power of
change are elevated to a new high. It is time for us to go to work.
What do we do to fully capitalize on the new energy we saw and felt during the campaign, the
election and the inauguration?
How do we use the power of this new energy to transform that which was and that which is into
what will be?
What can each of us do to move ourselves forward? What can we do to re-empower our youth? How can we address the issues of gangs, violence, racism, child abuse, homelessness, drug abuse, hunger, poverty, education and a host of other issues that did not instantly change and will not just change with the election of one man to the presidency.
Change takes place wherever a change is made. The most change takes place wherever the most changes are made. Change must occur inside us before lasting changes can take effect in our lives. To change the world we have to change ourselves. Change is more than passing laws or voicing hopes and wishes. If there is to be real change we must come to terms with the fundamental values that anchor improvements in our behavior, in order to change our behavior. If everyone contributes a little to changing their words, actions and attitude (behavior) we can produce amazing change.
We need to come together and work together to help ourselves, the new administration, and the world embrace change.
|
The Six Most Important Questions we need to address concerning change.
Who? What? When? Where? Why? and How?
Who needs to make a change? What needs to be changed? When do we need to change? Where do we need to change? Why do we need to change? How do we make the change?
|
The laws that are passed, the rules that are made, the fashions that are worn, the foods that
are consumed, the words that are spoken, the attitude that is displayed and the actions that
are taken are all based on the values that are held inside.
Change your values, change your behavior, change your life.
Change your life and we can change the world.

Change has come to the White House but, for that change to have its greatest effect
change must come to every house and every person in the house. Change must occur
inside us before change can take effect in our lives and in the world. We have been
spearheading change by creating powerful tools and techniques for facilitating proper
development in the fundamental values that anchor improvements in behavior.
The Change That Change Makes
|
Who needs to make a change?
Everyone needs to make changes. We all have to do our part. We all need to elevate the
level and caliber of our behavior (words, actions and attitude) and our work ethic.
What needs to be changed?
We need to change our words, actions and attitudes that do not promote honesty, loyalty,
respect, responsibility, understanding, reliability, compassion, kindness, forgiveness,
patience, studiousness, courage, love, discipline, trustworthiness and the willingness to learn.
When do we need to change?
We need to change Now! There is no time like the present and change cannot wait. Until we
make changes on the inside in the values we operate from we will not be able to bring change
into the world. Change is not a mystical, magical process. Change enters into the world
through us. We hold the power. Change ourselves and we can change the world.
Where do we need to change?
We need to change on the inside, in our values our ideas, our beliefs, our wants and our
needs. They are all under the influence and control of our values. When changes in our
values occur on the inside changes in our words, actions and attitude can occur on the
outside. Where there is no change in values there will not be any change.
Why do we need to change?
We need to change because if we do not change there will not be any change. Change
begets change. Change on the inside facilitates change on the outside. You can only make a
difference by being the difference. We must be the change we want.
How do we make the change?
In order to make the kind of changes that are necessary we must be committed to acquiring
knowledge. Lasting change must be preceded with acquiring knowledge. That knowledge
must clearly define the process by which or through which changes in behavior (words,
actions and attitude) can manifest.
Change is an ongoing process that must continuously be addressed. There are specific things each of us must do in order to bring about change in our life. The synergy of the changes each of us makes in our own life will magnify and compound into the force and power of change we as a group, or we as a people can generate into the world. Harnessing the force and power that resides inside you to elevate the level and caliber of who you are, is the essence of the fundamental contribution you can make to change. The more you strengthen yourself, by elevating yourself in the level and caliber of who you are the greater the contribution you can make to our efforts for change.

Five important things you can do to promote change:
1. Step outside the box and seek some new knowledge.
2. Put in the time, effort and energy to improve your understanding.
3. Put your improved understanding to work and develop some new behaviors.
4. Put your new behaviors to work practicing your improved understanding.
5. Use your improved understanding and new behavior to lead and teach by your example.
6. Join with other like minded people and Do Something.

Often, when we think of change we think of effecting things outside ourselves without realizing
that most often making changes in how things are requires us making changes in how we are.
Change will allow you to improve in who you are.
Change will allow you to improve in what you are.
Change will allow you to improve in where you are within your thoughts,
ideas, values and behavior.
Change will allow you to move forward in every aspect of your life.
Change will allow you to move to a higher level within your intimate self.
Change is dynamic and synergetic. In order to establish and maintain the spirit, the attitude
and the flavor of change inside, you must continue to move forward and improve in many
areas that will continue to promote positive change.
Your ability to promote change depends on your ability to divide the word as a way of getting at what needs to be done and what you need to do to effect change.
