Who we are

What we believe

What we provide

We believe every male and female in the nation between the ages of 12 and 18
should be required to attend manhood or womanhood workshops accompanied
        by their parents.

We believe all children of African descent need ongoing education and training in
principles and values from holistic African-centered points of reference, through
which they are nurtured and empowered to embrace and elevate their cultures,
        ancestor, and each other.

We believe the most effective vehicle at our disposal to facilitate the proper
nurturing and healing of people of African descent is through the time honored
teaching system of our ancestors, commonly known to us as "Rites of Passage."

We believe every male and female of African descant 11 years old and older
should be required to attend ongoing manhood or womanhood training taught
        from an African-centered perspective.

We believe that until people of African descent control the primary means by
which our children are educated we need to develop Saturday schools, after
school programs and mentoring programs in which African principles, values,
        culture and history are taught.

We believe "You cannot be who you are until you know who you are."
